Sweet Le Freak is a DJ and event specialist based in the Netherlands. I perform at clubs, weddings, festivals and private events. Through this website you can learn more about me, view my schedule and request a booking.

What Data We Collect
We only collect data that you provide to us or that is technically necessary:
- Contact details — name, email address, phone number — only when you fill in the contact form
- Message content — description of your event or question
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device — via cookies and server logs
- Analysis data — page visits, click behavior — only with your permission via Google Analytics
We do not collect payment data directly. Payments are processed through a secure third party.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for:
- Contact & communication — answering questions and booking requests
- Providing services — processing and confirming bookings
- Website improvement — anonymous analysis of visitor behavior (only with permission)
- Legal obligations — when required by law or regulation
We never use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit permission, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
Retention Periods
Contact details from the booking form are retained for a maximum of 2 years after last contact, unless a statutory retention period requires otherwise. Analysis data is stored anonymously and cannot be traced back to a person.
